McLaughlin & Harvey has been appointed as the main Contractor for the construction phase of the 2 Semple Street development, located in Edinburgh’s Exchange district.
Work is set to begin at the start of July and is due to be completed by early 2018.
The development in Edinburgh will provide 35,000sqft of Grade A office space over 5 floors. Additionally, ground floor retail space consists of a 7,500sqft unit fronting Lothian Road and a dividable 3,000sqft unit on Fountainbridge.
