McLaughlin & Harvey is pleased to announce the completion of the helideck on the top of the 10-storey Ruskin Building at King’s College Hospital, London.
Jason Dodd, Associate Director of King’s College Hospital, commended us saying, “You should be proud”.
This is London’s third helipad facility, and will serve 5.5 million people across south east London and Kent.
The lift shafts and support accommodation to the northern gable of the Ruskin Tower are progressing as planned to allow the Air Ambulance to commence service in 2016.
Additionally, the enabling works have just concluded and the substructure works for the Critical Care Unit over the existing Theatre Block are progressing at the rear of the Ruskin Building.
