In its 11th year, RenewableUK Wave & Tidal 2014, the industry’s premier marine energy event, consistently attracts the best from UK, Europe and international renewable energy markets.
Delegates will debate the latest wave and tidal issues, innovation and best practice, networking with over 600 industry leaders at the event that marks the UK as the undisputed global leader in marine energy.
McLaughlin & Harvey Offshore will be presenting in a joint slot with our collaborative partners SeaRoc. Adam Holland, Marine Renewables Manager, will present with Nick Murphy of SeaRoc. They will deliver a paper entitled ‘A Collaborative Approach for Cost Effective Installation of Commercial Tidal Energy Projects’.
As well as detailing a cost effective approach to the installation of wave and tidal energy projects, the presentation will explain the background of a consortium-led approach to provide the full scope of services required to deliver the installation and O&M needs for array scale tidal energy projects. Adam will also provide an update on McLaughlin & Harvey Offshore’s Research & Development campaign and will talk about some exciting new projects for 2014 and appropriate risk sharing contract strategies.
Adam and Nick will present during the ‘A7: Contracts & Collaboration’ session on Thursday 27 February at 14:30 and everyone is welcome to attend.
