McLaughlin & Harvey are delighted to have been awarded the Primark Sauchiehall Street project, which recently began on site at the start of August 2013.
This major redevelopment scheme will be delivered by our dedicated fit-out department and entails extensive refurbishment and fit-out works to bring the existing store in line with current Primark design standards.
Works comprise new signage, relocation of till points, shop front enhancement, M&E upgrade, extensive re-decoration, exterior clean and internal fit-out to include new floor and ceiling finishes, new fixtures and fittings and upgrade of existing visual walls and window beds.
As works will be delivered within a fully operational retail store, extensive measures will be taken to manage disruption accordingly, liaise with all key stakeholders regularly and deliver construction works with H&S a top priority. We will aim to maintain the retail environment for existing Primark customers and will put our vast retail experience into action to successfully carry out each phase of works.
This fast-track refurbishment project will see a vast improvement in the existing store, with a much-anticipated store launch expected in October 2013.
Having worked with Primark in retail fit-out over previous years, we are delighted to re-invigorate this working relationship and see this Sauchiehall Street project as a further step in continuing to build upon our vast retail portfolio.
