Our Facilities Management department manages and delivers a great all-round maintenance experience through our 24/7 Helpdesk. We utilise in-house technical resources, also supported by approved specialist supply chain partners. We retain high levels of management control to ensure positive client outcomes.
Our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) service ensures that client estates are maintained in accordance with governing legislation; keeping your buildings safe for all users.
All planned maintenance is controlled and managed through our COINs Service Manager CAFM system which holds all PPM servicing information and certification centrally. Work instructions are issued electronically, via engineers mobile devices ensuring cost efficient and timely service delivery.
We provide 24/7 reactive maintenance services to meet a wide range of client-specific service led response requirements to ensure business continuity. Outside of normal working hours we provide a personal reactive maintenance service through our on-call Contract Managers, enabling clients to be kept fully informed on job progress.
With roots steeped in construction since 1853, we have an unrivalled in-house capability to manage and deliver a wide range of small works services. Including asset lifecycle replacement services, fit-out works and minor building works up to £2m.
We have dedicated in-house Contract Managers and Foremen appointed to deliver projects, ensuring attention to detail and snag-free commissioning and handover.
