Our Facilities Management teams provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week helpdesk and on-call service to a variety of clients. Works include:

Predictive Maintenance: Professional approach to reduce reactive calls and increase the life cycle of client assets.

Planned Preventative Maintenance: Formulated in collaboration with the client and based on legislative compliance, manufacturers’ recommendations, best practice and client needs.

Reactive Maintenance: All resources available at our finger tips to resolve any issues that may arise.

Energy Performance Certificates: Provide inspection and certification services for the energy performance rating of commercial buildings.

Small Works

Our Small Works team operates within the commercial, retail, leisure and residential sectors, undertaking small emergency repairs through to extensions, refurbishments and new builds up to a value of £1m.

We have successfully completed projects throughout Great Britain, Ireland, Isle of Man and France
